Collection: Persian

Turquoise is produced in Iran. Its classic beauty and saturation are highly valued and it is often used in jewelry other than Indian jewelry. It is divided into three grades: Ankhshatari, Barkhaneh, and Arabi. The Persians preferred turquoise without matrix, so clear turquoise is considered to be more expensive.
