石の産地や背景、個体差、制作意図。それらを理解し、誠実に伝えることができる人材を求めています。
2026年春、代官山店舗のリニューアルに伴い、フルタイムスタッフ2名を募集します。少人数での運営となるため、一人ひとりの姿勢がそのまま店舗の質を左右します。
業務内容
・店頭での接客・販売・ターコイズの背景を含めた商品説明・スタイリング提案・在庫管理、ディスプレイ管理・顧客管理、リピーター対応・店舗運営全般
求める人物像
・LFCの価値観に共感できる方・丁寧な接客ができる方・商品背景を学ぶ姿勢のある方・ブランドの世界観を体現できる方・受け身ではなく、自ら考え動ける方・長くブランドに関わる意思のある方
経験は問いませんが、姿勢は重視します。
雇用条件
・雇用形態：正社員（応相談）・勤務地：東京都渋谷区猿楽町23-3 鳥居ビル201・勤務開始：2026年3月16日以降 研修開始・勤務時間：10:00〜19:00（シフト制）・月160〜177時間（変形労働時間制）・年末年始休み
・給与：基本給 226,200円〜250,000円＋売上インセンティブ基本給は能力に応じて決定させていただきます・賞与（業績による）・昇給あり・交通費支給・社会保険完備（条件あり）・社員割引制度あり
