Recommended for those who want to wear real turquoise.
This turquoise was mined from a mine called Concho Springs and is a one-of-a-kind handmade piece made by Native American Roland Dixon.
[Concho Springs] Concho Springs
A mine near Yearrington, Nevada. Although the amount of turquoise mined is small, it has been producing high-quality turquoise since 1970. J.C. Zachary (the predecessor of Joe Dan Lawrie), one of the few dealers who purchased turquoise from this mine, is said to have liked to cut the turquoise from this mine into facets. Although the amount is small, this is one of the mines where mining continues today.
